I understand when freezing my membership:

1. There is a $7.50 Freeze fee each month my membership is frozen.

2. There will be a $5 NSF added if Tanning Studios is unable to process my freeze fee. After 3 failed draft attemps my account maybe voided.

3. That months that are frozen do not count towards active months and will not count if you chose to cancel your membership later.

4. That I can tan for half price during my freeze or unfreeze early (pro-rated payment if unfrozen before actual due date).

5. That all freeze fee's paid can be used when my membership is reactivated. Freeze $$ can be used towards tanning product, upgrades, and sunless sessions.

6. We, @ Tanning Studios, prefer to have 5-7 days advance notice to be able to freeze membership before your next due date. Every effort will be made to freeze your membership if your request is within 7 days of your next due date, but you may be charged your regular monthly payment.

7. If you need to freeze longer, you will need to come to either of our salons and complete another freeze form. We reccommend setting up a calendar reminder in your smart device to remind you of importain dates.
