Congratulations on completing your educational activities this past semester.  To renew your scholarship, you will need to provide documentation to the Board verifying successful completion of your semester's plan, plus provide documentation that verifies your continued enrollment in the planned course for the next semester.
 
If you have changed your major, degree / certificate, or school, or otherwise modified your educational plans, you need to inform the Board and ask for their approval for the renewal of your scholarship for the new plan.  Changing your educational plan may result in termination of your scholarship, so it is very important to communicate potential changes as soon as possible.
