Short Term Mission Application

We are pleased that you are interested in serving with OM. If you have reached this point, then you have a good idea of one or two outreaches you are interested in. If you are uncertain about where you would like to serve, then it would be better for you to not move forward with this application. Instead, go to our website, om.org/caribbean and click the "Join Us" tab and then "Mission Trips". After you find an outreach that fits you, then return to this application.

The following application will take approximately 45 minutes depending on your specific situation. Couples should complete separate applications.

We take great care in handling your confidential application information. The information you submit is handled by members of our personnel team only. If you are accepted, portions of your information will also be given to personnel leadership at your destination field.

What you need to complete this application:

A Bible
A valid email address for yourself
The names of the outreaches you are interested in, the costs, and dates of those outreaches
Two references: Contact information for a pastor's reference and one additional reference (name, address, phone, email address for each)
Please contact each reference and ask for their permission to be used as a reference.
$20 non-refundable application fee which can be paid at the end of this application.
