Northgate Grad Night

You’ve heard about Grad Night – it’s an alcohol and drug-free all night celebration for the Northgate senior class that immediately follows their graduation ceremony at the Concord Pavilion.  More than 85% of the graduating Northgate seniors participate.  This fun-filled celebration is planned and paid for by parents with support from the PFC and community. Grad Night features games, a casino, outdoor activities, dancing, prizes, bowling, food/beverages, hypnotist, spa, photos and more.

The following forms will reserve a space for your graduate at Grad Night and provide you with options to support the event as a senior parent.  The ticket starting price is $140.00*, there are no refundsIn addition to completing forms and paying Grad Night fees, every senior parent is asked to participate through volunteer support for the event and/or as a financial sponsor.

*We do have an installment plan - $75 NOW, second payment of $75 is deducted on April 30th.  First installment payment must be made on or before December 31st to qualify for the plan.

Northgate High School 2020 Grad Night Registration and Ticket Purchase for:

  1. Only students from Northgate High School’s Class of 2020 may attend.
  2. Grad night will begin immediately following the Graduation Ceremonies, June 3, 2020 (approx 9:30 p.m.) and will conclude at 4:30 a.m. on June 4, 2020.
  3. Parents/Guardians should provide transportation to/from Centre Concord for your senior. Please be sure to be there by 4:30 a.m. to pick up your tired graduates.
  4. All seniors will be expected to check in at Centre Concord by 10:30 p.m. on June 3, 2020. Parents/guardians will be notified of “no shows”.
  5. There are NO REFUNDS once a ticket is purchased.
  6. Seniors will not be allowed to bring any backpacks or purses to Centre Concord.
  7. Personal items (i.e. wallet,sweatshirt) will be stored in a secured checkroom. Each senior will be provided with a Grad Night bag to store personal items and prizes. Access to Grad Night bags will be allowed for personal items on a limited basis. Prizes should be checked in and stored in the Grad Night bag.
  8. No liquids, alcohol or chemical substances will be permitted. NO JUULS, vaping or vaping products.  Parent chaperones will be checking seniors at the door with a pat down and breathalyzers.
  9. Students are to wear clothing that is appropriate for school and must remain fully clothed throughout the event. Students should arrive wearing a light T-shirt or tank as students will be expected to put on their Grad Night T-shirts (distributed that night at Grad Night check in).
  10. No outside food or beverages.
  11. Seniors must be present to win a prize.
  12. If for any reason a senior checks out early (before 4:30 a.m. closing), he/she will not be allowed to return. Early check out procedure is as follows:
    • Senior must sign out with a Grad Night Chair.
    • Parent/guardian will be required to pick up their son/daughter from Centre Concord if checking out early.
Release of Liability
The above named student has my permission to attend Northgate High School’s Grad Night on June 3, 2020 and will remain on the premises until 4:30 a.m. on June 4, 2020.  In the event that it may be necessary for my son or daughter to leave before 4:30 a.m., I am aware that he/she will not be allowed to do so unless I pick them up.  I further release Northgate High School/Parent Faculty Club, Centre Concord, outside vendors and all persons connected with the Grad Night Party from all liability from any occurrence in route to, and from the event, and any activities or occurrences during the event and from any liability due to lost of stolen items.

I have read and reviewed with my student the Grad Night Policies and Release of Liability. We agree with them.

Food and Medication Information


Grad Night is 100% planned, staffed and funded by Northgate parents.  As a parent of a graduating senior, your time and support for this event is very importmant and necessary.  You can help in advance by serving on a commitee and/or working the night of the event. Please sign up to work a shift the night of Grad Night on Sunday 5/31 through to the morning of 6/1.  Takedown help Tuesday morning, 6/2, 8:00am requires trucks and the support of our Junior-Freshman class parents.

Northgate High School’s Grad Night 2020 is funded through ticket sales and financial donations from Northgate parents, the community and businesses.  

Your financial contribution will help keep our seniors alcohol and drug free, out of their cars and safe on graduation night - one of the most celebrated and potentially dangerous nights in a teenager’s life.

Memory Collage

After you complete the payment info, and turn in your printed waiver to the NG front office, the only thing you have left to do is create a MEMORY COLLAGE and turn it in PRIOR to April 2nd.  Please see click here for Memory Collage Instructions and deadlines.  Collages turned in early are appreciated!

WHAT should your student BRING to Grad Night?

  1. Students MUST wear their Grad Night t-shirt with pants/shorts/leggings.  Arrive wearing a light T-shirt or tank, Grad Night T-shirts will be distributed that night at check in.  The dress is casual.
  2. BRING something like a plain white T-shirt to be air brushed with design of choice.
  3. Socks to wear for bowling.
  4. Bring a sweatshirt.

To pay with a credit card/debit card, click on PAYPAL CHECKOUT on the next screen. When you get to the PAYPAL screen, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (bottom of screen) and then you will be able to enter your credit/debit card information.

Registration may be paid by CHECK if unable to pay by credit/debit/PAYPAL. Click on the check icon and mail check to Northgate High School, attention Grad Night.  No checks will be accepted after May 30, 2019.  Only credit card payments.
