The New Leadership Academy Fellowship Program
Providing leaders with the knowledge, tools, and courage to lead in complex and contested environments
Thank you for your interest in nominating a rising leader to the New Leadership Academy (NLA) Fellowship Program at the University of Michigan—a partnership between the National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCID) and the American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education (AAHHE).
The NLA Fellowship Program invites nominations of outstanding individuals who have a demonstrated record of leadership in higher education and hold an administrative leadership or senior faculty position at their respective institutions. Applicants from policy-related or philanthropic organizations are also eligible to apply.
All nominees will be contacted by our staff and asked to formally submit an application.
Successful completion of the nomination process will require the following:
- Your contact information
- The nominees contact information
- A brief description of how you think the nominee will benefit from the NLA Fellows experience.
