Client Waiver, Consent, and Terms & Conditions for my Disney Account (i.e. My Disney Experience, Disneyland, Disney Cruise) Access

A Disney Guest's Disney Account is setup by the client/guest for the purpose of planning their Disney Destinations Vacation. This account includes guest/client personal information including a saved credit card, as well as information regarding their booked Disney Vacation.

Consenting to Grant Access to your my Disney Account via this form, results in granting access to my Disney Account by your Magical Moments Vacations (MMV) Agent for the purposes of assisting with the additional activities during your Disney Destinations Vacations. *These activities may include, but are not limited, Advanced Dining Reservations, appointments for experiences, reservations for tours, etc.

I understand that the Disney account software is owned and managed by Disney. Any technical issue that may potentially arise involving loss of information from my account, or inaccurate information displaying in my account, is not the fault nor the responsibility of my MMV travel agent. I understand that, should any of these technical issues arise, my MMV Agent will direct and assist me in resolving these issues but that I may need to contact Disney IT directly to resolve certain issues. *
