Corporate & Investment Banking Women on Wall Street Forum
The Women on Wall Street event is designed to provide high-performing female sophomores with the chance to explore careers in investment banking, sales & trading, corporate banking and commercial real estate. You will have the chance to hear from various CIB professionals on their experience in the industry, learn more about the different groups within CIB, and receive advanced technical training hosted by Training the Street. Select candidates may also be considered for interviews for paid summer internships in summer 2022.

Corporate & Investment Banking Diverse Pathways Forum
The Diverse Pathways Forum is designed for current sophomores who are interested in the financial services industry (investment banking, sales & trading, corporate banking, and commercial real estate). During the forum, you will have the chance to hear from various CIB professionals on their experience in the industry, learn more about the different groups within CIB, and receive advanced technical training hosted by Training the Street. You will also learn how to navigate the summer analyst recruiting process and be considered for interviews for paid summer 2022 internship opportunities.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

SUMMIT ACTIVITIES
  • Learning about Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), the financial services industry, and careers in investment banking, sales & trading, corporate banking, and commercial real estate
  • Networking with senior management and CIB professionals
  • Participating in information sessions, panels, and technical training
  • Learning how to navigate the summer analyst recruiting process
QUALIFICATIONS
The event is open to women who are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any major with an expected graduation date of December 2022 or May/June 2023. Additionally, the summit will benefit students interested in working in most areas of the financial services industry (investment banking, sales & trading, corporate banking, and commercial real estate).

The Corporate & Investment Banking Diverse Pathways Forum is designed to be a best in class program to provide a pipeline for high-potential candidates into future job opportunities within our firm.
