EVENT DESCRIPTION
Established 2016 in Boston, MA, Hack.Diversity partners with the city’s fastest growing tech teams to identify, develop, and equip high-performing talent — who predominantly identify as Black or Latinx — to launch careers as software engineers, IT professionals and data analysts across the innovation economy. Now in its 5th year of programming, Hack.Diversity invites students from outside Massachusetts behind the scenes to all that the Boston innovation ecosystem offers for professional growth and personal community.
Tech.Trek is a 3-day, immersive virtual experience, designed for maximum exposure to, and connection with, notable players — cornerstone companies, startups, venture capitalists, technologists, and community leaders — in a vibrant innovation ecosystem to which you will contribute. You will engage in topics including: business growth guided by equitable values, tech builds, office tours, product demos.
