POSITION DESCRIPTION
The goal of the Content Coordinator position is to coordinate all of the content for the publication and proof the publication. This includes ensuring all photos, articles, & announcements are uploaded and included in each month’s publication. The Content Coordinator also proofs the publications & works closely with the Advisory Board to ensure all the content goals for the publication are met each month. The Content Coordinator will be the main point of contact for the residents, photographers, and writers regarding content in the publication. They are they eyes and ears of the neighborhood. The Content Coordinator will filter leads from neighborhood events, referrals from other residents, incoming emails/calls, leads from the Area Director to the writers and photographers and will follow up to ensure story leads come to fruition and are followed through with. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act As The Liaison between n2 Area Director, Resident Writers (Advisory Board), the Bonnie Brae Community (Residents), and the n2 Publishing Design Team (primarily via Pub Manager)

  • Communicate with Advisory Board & Residents

  • Find, Interview, Train, Coach, Manage, and Let Go Of Resident Writers for Advisory Board

  • Find, Collect, Manage, Organize, and Distribute Content (Photos & Documents)

  • Maintain Resident Email List in MailChimp

  • Develop, Manage, & Implement Content Strategy for The Bonnie Brae Living

  • Coordinate with Advisory Board to create an A+ publication each Month (Publication Score Card Attached)

  • Create Publication Content under the guidelines listed in The Bonnie Brae Living Style Guide (in Notion)

  • Utilize Tools to Manage Content Assets (Photos & Documents), Schedule, Planning, and Reports

  • Label, Upload, and Organize all Photos and Content on Google Drive

  • Track Content in Notion

  • Manage Publishing Deadline Process

  • Upload and Submit Approved Content to Pub Manager

  • Review Publication Proofs to Ensure Quality • Revise and Edit Publication

  • Send Proofs to Writers & Businesses

  • Approve Publication after Revision

  • Meet with the Area Director / Publisher once every week (In Person / Video / Phone).
