POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will primarily focus on the below areas of responsibilites.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Establish consistent best practices across campus
  • Maintain documentation of procedures, training materials and support their execution. 
  • Establish and maintain engineered labor standards across campus, including time study, system configuration (Manhattan Labor Management 
  • Identify, quantify, and communicate opportunities for improvement in the campus. Coordinate and manage the implementation of improvements. 
  • Measure, interpret and report on the performance of Distribution operations and utilization of resources (workforce, capacity, equipment). Provide interpretation and recommendations to DC management teams. Build staffing and planning models to aid in DC management and Distribution network planning. 
  • Support the growth and development of the Campus Distribution including design and layout. 
  • Uses data to translate into continuous improvement ideas, cost/benefit analysis and change initiatives for moderately scoped projects 
  • Act as a single point of contact for facilitating resolution to cross-functional operational issues for the entire campus. 
  • Work with Operations team members to ensure proper requirements are defined. 
  • SOP assessment development & sustainment 
  • Validates feasibility to implement concepts into current operations 
  • Supports ROI/ Cost Benefits from material handling side 
  • Maintains master data files regarding DC specifications, capacity, engineered drawings 
  • Provides capacity details to S&OP 
  • Create and drive a culture of “best in class” operations 
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current collegiate major, BS or equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or related field) 
  • 1+ years relevant work experience 
  • Warehouse and distribution operations experience a plus 
  • Some experience in developing or working with engineered labor standards 
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management and Labor Management systems (Manhattan WM and LM preferred) 
  • Six Sigma (or similar) training a plus 
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Data analysis skills, competent in Microsoft Excel, Project and Visio, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Functional skills using AutoCAD a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong “service” orientation to internal stakeholders and constituents
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language skills a plus

POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Global Sales & Operations Planning Analyst you will work with business partners to understand each segment of the supply chain and how it relates to the bigger picture. You will model our supply chain to the satisfaction of business partners to gain alignment on forecasts. You will facilitate meetings to review these models and build broader consensus on where the supply chain is and where it is going. You will also lead ad hoc analysis to answer relevant business questions. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners 
  • Build and improve upon supply chain models
  • Present models, their assumptions and their outputs
  • Facilitate cross functional meetings
  • Ad hoc analysis
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a supply chain related field. (Supply Chain Management, Economics, etc)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supply chain role preferably with exposure to retail, ecommerce, and wholesale.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical subjects
  • High emotional intelligence and great interpersonal skills
  • Able to build and maintain alignment with business partners
  • Expert level MS Excel user (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA)
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin a plus
  • Basic understanding of corporate finance
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time accordingly
  • Able to create clear and concise presentations
