POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a driven, well-spoken and street-smart Sales Associate that can work effectively in a small team and expand the network of Livelyt locations in residential, commercial and parking real estate. If you’re a hustler and know how to get things done in a quick and scrappy way, you could be a great fit! Please note that this will be a full time time job where you will be executing on the field primarily. The role involves a lot of traveling and you should be comfortable doing so in the current environment of the pandemic. We will of course follow all social distancing guidelines as part of this effort. As you will be meeting a lot of urban and suburban residential owners, a driver’s license is a must have.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit residential leads to get them to sign up on Livelyt’s website as host locations. We will be following all social distancing guidelines, but the candidate must be comfortable traveling out of state and being out and about in the field
- Once a location is signed up, help train the hosts for receiving and handling bookings.
- Research and plan for new locations that can be potential targets to be listed on the website.
- Manage relationships with the hosts---take quarterly updates, address grievances, handle money transfers to/from hosts, etc.
