The Junior League of Collin County (JLCC) Project Development Committee is seeking potential project submissions from Collin County Community 501(c)(3) Non-Profits. The Committee is accepting full-term project requests that further align with the mission of the JLCC and respond to recognized community needs.
Eligibility Requirements:
Project Impact: Project requests should align with the JLCC’s Community Impact Statement, with an eye towards “disrupting cycles of economic insecurity and family violence to strengthen and advance all women, children, and families in Collin County.”
Location: The volunteer site must be located in Collin County, or if outside Collin County, serves Collin County residents.
Organization: Requests will be considered from non-profit, tax-exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that have been established for a minimum of two years.
Application Deadline: October 30th
Evaluation Period: The evaluation and approval process may take in excess of a year, but, if selected, will initiate a collaborative partnership between the JLCC and the Non-Profit.
For examples of current projects adopted by the JLCC, see www.jlcollincounty.org/community/community-impact/. If you have any questions, please contact projectdevelopment@jlcollincounty.org.
If you have a project idea that does not meet the above criteria, please feel free to instead submit it to our Done In A Day projects committee at diad@jlcollincounty.org.
