ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES *

Facilitate all screening, assessments, and orientation of program enrollees for proper placement into EBS Programs
Assist individuals to enroll into funding sources to obtain proper services
Offer benefits counseling and assistance
Oversee supported employment staff in absence of Employment Service Manager or as signed by Regional Director or Designee
Provide complete screening , assessments, intakes, and orientation activities for prospective EBS program enrollees
Prepare client clinical formulations and submit to appropriate referral sources
Complete and submit initial authorization and registration forms and habilitation plans, in order to start services as applicable
Prepare and submit all billing/reporting forms and other relevant reports
Prepare and submit all billing/reporting forms and other relevant reports in a timely manner
Engage individuals to participate in individualized and group counseling, as needed
Provide comprehensive support services to job seekers before and after placements and to employers of people supported
Conducts job clubs/career development workshops and oversee provision of proper pre-employment services to job seekers in EBS programs
Provide mental health counseling to clients
Develop treatment plans
Provide crisis intervention services
Instruct staff in appropriate techniques for handling behavior management issues
Conduct Social Worker tasks for OSY Programs, as needed
Direct clients to other areas of assistance and give them the tools they need to find the right treatment or assistance
Instruct families of clients during treatment
Counsel families
Fill in Employment Service Manager or Program Manager in their absence, as requested
