At CEF we take the safety of chidren very seriously. There are six parts to complete in this sign-up process. We ask that you read all the documents and complete all the forms. A Background Check is required for all volunteers 18 years and over. Parental Permission is required for minors (must be 15 and above).

4. Statement of Faith - Read and Initial

5. Workers Compliance Agreement - Read, Complete Form and Electronic Signature required

7. Submit
