PLEASE COMPLETE FORM FOR EACH CHILD ATTENDING CLUB

Dear Parents,

Good News Clubs are FREE Bible clubs for children 5 to 12. The clubs are designed to teach character and morals.  Activities include singing, Bible lessons, scripture memory, missionary stories, and review games.  Clubs are free and are taught by volunteers trained by Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF).  All volunteers are backgroud checked. CEF is a non-denominational, Bible centered organization founded in 1937 that is active in all 50 states and around the world.

The United States Constitution requires schools to respect the right of all external organizations to distribute flyers to students at school if the school permits any such organization
to distribute flyers. Accordingly, the school cannot discriminate among groups wishing to distribute flyers at school and does not endorse the content of any flyer distributed at school.
The school encourages parents to assist their children in making choices appropriate for them.
