Preliminary Information Form

Welcome to the EFCA Preliminary Information Form (PIF)!

This form is the first step in applying for missionary staff positions with EFCA ReachGlobal, EFCA ReachNational, and EFCA Clause B Districts.

To ensure your PIF gets processed quickly and accurately, please fill in the requested information as completely as possible. After submitting your PIF, we will be in touch with you within five business days. If you do not hear from us within that time frame or if you have any questions, feel free to contact us at engageteam@efca.org.

Any information you provide on your PIF will be securely transmitted to the appropriate EFCA staff members. Please note that your entry (partial or complete) will be deleted from this Formsite platform in about 1 year.
