The Participation Fee

The Participation Fee is all inclusive, meaning there are no options, no extras, no surprises.

The Summit starts with an Opening Dinner on Wednesday February 21st at 19.00. Thursday February 22nd there are working sessions all day and a Networking Dinner in the Evening. Friday February 23rd there are working sessions in the morning and the Summit ends with a Closing Lunch at noon. All the sessions take place in a dedicated Meeting Room in the Hotel Le Royal where the group is also staying.

The 2024 IA Innovation Summit is an In Person Event with no possibility to attend online

The aim of the Summit is to have a lot of interaction and group discussion. Therefore, the setting in the Meeting Room will be a U-shape, encouraging exchange and openness. No long ex-cathedra interventions. We want the participants to have a maximum of benefits and take-aways from the Summit. In the interest of confidentiality and open discussions, no session will be recorded ! - - - Thank you for taking good note of this and for your kind understanding !

By sending this form, I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted the conditions detailed below.

Data Privacy Protection - - I confirm that the data provided is accurate and agree that it will be treated as highly confidential, kept and used solely by the organizers of the IA Innovation Summit which will not publish, distribute, sell, or make this information available to any other parties. Questions can be addressed at pascal@ia-summit.com.

Payment Terms - - The complete payment, covering lunches, refreshments, and conference materials, must be made within one month from the date of invoice. It is important to note that full payment needs to be received before the start of the Summit.

Cancellation Policy - - Registrations can be cancelled at no cost till 31st December 2023. Cancellations between January 1st and January 31st 2024 will carry a 50% cancellation liability. Cancellations after 1st February 2024 will carry a 80% cancellation liability. Cancellations after 11th February 2024 will carry a 100% cancellation liability.

Force Majeure - - While speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of registration, unforeseeable circumstances may require substitutions or cancellations of scheduled speakers and/or topics. Hence the panel of speakers and/or topics can be modified at any point in time without any liability. The latest info can be found at any time on our website www.ia-summit.com.
