Renewing Active Member Account
 
Please log in to your member account using your member ID# and temporary user-assigned password, both may be found on your TxOHC membership invoice.
 
Once you have logged in, please select the "RENEW" button in the far left column and complete the form as prompted.  
 
If you are a new member or converting from associate/student to active membership, please go to the membership application here to complete the active membership form.

If you would like to change your password, please select "Change Password via Email" under the submit button and enter your email address to receive a password reset link via email. You will be prompted to enter your new password. TxOHC does not have access to account passwords beyond the temporary password, so please save your password with your member ID # for easy reference.
