The Tri-State Consortium is a community of concerned higher education opportunity program personnel whose mission is to develop programs ensuring that our students will be among the next generation of leaders. The consortium is composed of 425 colleges and universities located in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. At these institutions, the opportunity programs serve over 60,000 college students from educationally and financially disadvantaged backgrounds.

Refund Policy

The registration fee, minus a $50 handling charge, will be refunded if a written request is made and postmarked no later than March 24, 2025. A check that is returned unpaid by the bank for any reason will be charged $50.00. No refund request will be honored after March 24, 2025.
