Mastering Truck Driver Pay

Our team of compensation experts is conducting a survey of driver compensation pay levels and practices on an on-going basis. Our goal is to have at least 500 participating companies so data may be reported at a narrow geographic level. Because all of our surveys follow strict DOJ rules, none of the detailed information provided will be reported to or directly shared with any participant. And, we will only report aggregated statistics where we have at least 5 different company responses.
Participation Eligibility
U.S. and Canadian fleets of any size and type for participation (private, dedicated, and for-hire drivers), using both company driver and owner operators.
Complimentary Results Report
Participating companies will receive one hardcopy of a summary report for each quarter they provide pay level data. Additional cuts and views will be available through a paid subscription to Prosperio Group’s on-line, on-demand fully searchable compensation database, MeasureUp.
