Please consider the following when submitting a refill request:
Requests are only processed Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM, excluding holidays.
Check with your pharmacy first to check if there are refills remaining or if a new prescription is on hold.
Allow 48-72 hours to process the request.
Check with your pharmacy to see if your prescription is ready as you will only receive a call if you are picking up a written prescription.
