PPP SECOND DRAW
In order to receive funds under the second draw PPP program, you must have a reduction in gross receipts of 25% or more in any quarter of 2020 compared to the same quarter in 2019. If you are a seasonal business or were newly formed at the start of 2020, please contact us for guidance on calculating the reduction in gross receipts.
(Special rule for non-profits: Gross Receipts does NOT include monies received from supporting organizations, federal grants, or PPP/EIDL monies received.)
