2024 Santa Clara Valley Wine Auction Event Sponsor Form

The Santa Clara Valley Wine Auction is presented by the Morgan Hill Community Foundation in partnership with the Wineries of Santa Clara Valley. The event brings together the local community and visitors to not only discover an amazing wine, food, and culinary network… but to connect with and support local philanthropic organizations

We know that businesses have a great desire to give back to the community and your participation in this event is important to its success. This will be our second year since announcing our vision for the wine auction – Taste. Connect. Make an impact. Our sponsorship goal is to encourage businesses and leaders to participate as the visionaries of our future, showcasing our support for one another. This year we will be announcing a theme building on the Kentucky Derby which will take place the day of the wine auction.

In addition to sponsorships there will be silent and live auctions at the event to benefit local charitable organizations directly. The proceeds from sponsorships, auctions and ticket sales will be used to provide grants back to the community nonprofit programs and projects using the Morgan Hill Community Foundations established process for evaluation and award of grants. These grants will provide support to a diverse set of critical needs in our area including youth, homelessness, hunger, athletics, seniors and the arts. Last year was a great success with proceeds helping to support $40,000 in grants to more than twenty local non-profit organizations. We look forward to building on last years success and creating even greater impact for non-profits and the people they support.

$10,000 Wine Auction Co-Host

  • Sponsorship or auction item donated to the MHCF or WSCV valued $10,000 or above are included as Santa Clara Valley Wine Auction Co-Host in pre-event publicity and event marketing materials. (Sponsorship must be received in time for media.) Featured as Wine Auction Co-Host in the event program which includes a 50–75 word bio with your logo.
  • 8 complementary VIP/Premium event tickets for your guests and select wine bottle. VIP tickets include special wine tasting selection of best wines at the event and more wine tastings than regular tickets.
  • Your name and logo on the label of a case of wine (12 bottles) from a local winery.
  • Opportunity to speak live at the opening of the event and/or include a pre-recorded 90 second event video presentation.
  • Your Company logo will be featured as Co-Host in a print advertisement in a local newspaper.
  • Name and logo displayed prominently during the event, in program, social media, and tickets as a Co Host for the event. Company logo and reference to Co-Host included on Santa Clara Valley Wine Auction website for 6 months.

  • Sponsorship or auction item donated to the MHCF or WSCV valued $5,000 or above included as Wine Auction Lead Sponsor in pre-event publicity and event marketing materials. (Sponsorship must be received in time for media.) Featured as a Lead Sponsor in the event program which includes a 50-75 word bio with your logo.
  • 8 complementary VIP/Premium event tickets for your guests and select wine bottle. VIP tickets include special wine tasting selection of best wines at the event and more wine tastings than regular tickets.

(Sponsorship must be received in time for media.) Featured as a Gold Sponsor in the event program which includes a 50-75 word bio with your logo.
  • 4 complementary VIP event tickets for your guests and select wine bottle. VIP tickets include
