Bookings are not secure until the booking form and deposit has been recieved, and confirmed by Imagination Parties Ltd. We cannot hold dates and deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Cheques are not accepted for deposits or balance payments. All deposits are non-refundable but, may be transferable to another date dependent on notice given.
If a party is canceled with less than 14 days notice we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 50% of the total party cost. This is at the descretion of the management.
We will not under any circumstances partake in any party where any child has or is showing signs of any infectious diseases including, but not exclusive to, chicken pox and measels etc. Please refer to NHS guidelines for more information. Deposits will be transfered at the managments discretion.
If for any reason the management are unable to fullfil a booking due to unforseen circumstances including, illness a full deposit refund will be issued ,and a free party arranged.
Payment on the day must be paid by cash. Paypal or bank transfer may be arranged before hand.
Public liability Insurance, CRB and PAT testing certificates are available from the managment please ask if required. Please note all children and parents use the equipment provided at their own risk.
Bad language and violence will not be tolerated towards any member of staff or child attending.
This is including, but not limited to, pushing, shoving or hitting of mascots.
This will result in terminating the visit with immediate effect. No refunds will be issued.
Our Superstars, if booked, are meant to represent our own version of well known characters, we have no assosiation with Disney or any other company. We can only take bookings from people who understand this. For these reason our Superstars will have some differences to the characters they are assosiated with, this may include costume and apprearace differances, this is for copyright reasons. If you require a Disney character for your party please see the appropiate companies. Please also note that ONLY Disney have these rights and any other companies claiming or using Disney named characters are doing so illegally.
