Inspection Scheduling Request Intake Form

AFD's Fire Marshal's Office accepts Inspection Requests via online submission or phone call 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM (MODIFIED HOURS), Monday thru Friday.

Our goal is to process, in order of receipt, all Inspection Requests submitted during normal business hours on the date recieved. Requests submitted outside normal business hours will be processed the business day following submission.

Our Inspection Scheduling Office will contact you with questions as needed.

If our Scheduling Office has no questions or concerns regarding your Request, you will recieve email notification indicating that your Inspection has been scheduled

Please note: This form is only for those who currently have an assigned inspector. Please use this form if you do not have an inspector.

Please keep in mind that our regular hours schedule is currently booking about two weeks out, while expedited inspections are being scheduled within 2–4 business days due to recent budget cuts.
