ENROLMENT

IMPORTANT!

Enrolment Information

New HDR Candidates
If you are commencing your first semester at AC (HDR candidates only), please complete this form prior to commencement to establish your desired pattern of study for your course.

New candidates may self-enrol in their first unit of study via the Student Gateway.
Please refer to the Course Progression that appears when you select your study load below. This will help you identify the subject/unit(s) to be taken in your first semester, enabling you to complete your first enrolment via Student Gateway. If you choose not to self-enrol in your first semester, HDR Registry will process your first enrolment on receipt of this form.
Your enrolment will then automatically rollover each subsequent semester according to the study pattern identified on this form. Changes can be made to your study pattern using this form.

Continuing HDR Candidates
If you are returning from a Leave of Absence, please use this form to authorise the continuation of automatic enrolments according to your course study pattern.

Enrolment Confirmation
Enrolment information will display under the 'Courses' tab in Student Gateway once your enrolment has been finalised each semester.
