Enrolment Information:
 
New HDR Candidates should complete this form at the time of commencement to establish their desired pattern of study. Candidates will be automatically enrolled in each following semester on the basis of this selection. Changes can be made to this study pattern using this form. 새로운 HDR 캔디데이트께서는 연구를 시작하기 위해 이 양식을 작성하셔야 합니다. 이 양식은 이 선택에 따라 다음 학기마다 자동으로 등록됩니다. 이 양식을 사용하시어 학업패턴을 변경하실수 있습니다.
 
Continuing HDR Candidates who have been on a leave of absence should also use this form to authorise automatic enrolments according to the indicated study pattern.휴학중이셨던 HDR 캔디데이트 또한  학업패턴에 따라 자동수강신청을 위해 이 양식을 사용하셔야 합니다.
 
Once your enrolment has been processed each semester, you will be issued with the following 매학기 등록이 완료되면 다음과 같이
• an enrolment confirmation email outlining the unit(s) in which you are enrolled for that semester with links to the relevant forms to request any changes to your enrolment  수강신청 변경을 요청하기위한 양식에 대한 링크와 함께 해당 학기에 등록한 과목을 요약한 등록 확인서를 이메일로 받게 됩니다.

Please note 주의사항 :
- Research subjects for Semester 1 commence on the first Monday of January and conclude on the last Friday in June. 1학기는 1월 첫째주 월요일에 시작하여 6월 마지막주 금요일에 끝납니다.
- Coursework subjects will also follow these official dates, however, teaching and assessments will be confined to the standard Higher Education academic calendar.

Fees remain the same for a calendar year, however please allow for the possibility of annual increases in tuition fees due to CPI or other reasons.

COURSE PROGRESSION

REMINDER: At HDR Level, a part-time study load is equivalent to 20 credit points per semester whilst a full-time study load is equivalent to 40 credit points per semester. 주의 사항: HDR 레벨에서 파트타임 학습은 학기당 20학점에 해당되며, 풀타임학습은 학기당 40학점에 해당됩니다.

Withdrawal  자퇴

Students may withdraw from subjects without academic penalty only if notice of withdrawal is submitted via the HDR Administration Form (Link) by the Census Date applicable for the subject in question. 학생은 수강신청 변경마감일까지 연구과정 행정양식을 제출하여야 학문적인 패널티없이 과목을 취소할수 있습니다.

If withdrawal occurs up to the Census Date, the tuition fee will be refunded. If withdrawal occurs after the Census Date, the tuition fees will not be refunded. 수강신청변경마감일까지 취소한다면, 학비는 환불됩니다. 그 이후에는 환불이 되지 않습니다.

If Alphacrucis defaults in the delivery of subjects, the arrangements set out in the Alphacrucis College Refund Policy* will be applied.

Students who select FEE-HELP on their course application form will receive an email regarding their eCAF (electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form) during the course application process. The eCAF must be completed prior to enrolling in your first units at AC, in order for your fees to be deferred to FEE-HELP.
