Scholarships are awarded to a small number of students every year. They are awarded on the basis of demonstrated academic, ministry and leadership excellence. Scholarships may also be awarded to students who would otherwise be unable to afford the cost of tuition.

If you are a Higher Degree Research (HDR) candidate, please use this form to submit a request for a scholarship. 

Please read the following terms and conditions prior to applying:

1. Alphacrucis Scholarships only cover tuition fees. Other living and travel expenses are not covered
2. Scholarship may cover all or part of tuition fees
3. Scholarships are offered at the discretion of the Alphacrucis Executive Committee
4. Scholarships will be renewed for each year period, provided that the applicant:

• Maintains church affiliation and missional commitment;
• Provide a written report to the Director of Student Services, signed by the relevant Program Director, at the conclusion of each year describing his/her academic progress. This report is to be tabled at Executive Committee;
• Maintain full-time enrolment status. The Executive Committee will consider exceptional circumstances such as disability, serious medical condition, significant carer responsibilities and the unique circumstances of Indigenous Australian students in determining inability to study full time;
• maintain satisfactory academic progress, as set out in the course of study progression rules;
• Agree to have his/her name and scholarship details released for promotional and event purposes. A student who undertakes a component of his/her AC course of study overseas through an approved cross-institutional arrangement will continue to receive the scholarship up to the equivalent AC tuition fees.
