Prior to completing this form, please observe the following:

* Your Principal Supervisor must confirm that your thesis is ready for submission.

* Your thesis will be read by a member of AC faculty who will proivide a final round of feedback. You will need to address this feedback before the thesis is formally submitted for examination.

* Candidates cannot submit for examination before the minimum duration of candidature (2.5 years for doctoral candidates; 1 year for masters candidates), unless otherwise approved by the Graduate Research School.
