I/We the undersigned, hereby *

authorise EpsomTax.com Limited and/or Property Accountants Auckland Limited, staff and authorised contractors (“The Agency”) to obtain my company's information from Inland Revenue through all channels

authorise The Agency to act for my company for ALL tax types

authorise The Agency to exercise this authority until such time as I terminate this authority in writing

acknowledge and accept that linking to The Agency allows The Agency to have full access to information held by Inland Revenue and ability to modify my/our details relating to the tax type/s that my company is linked for

direct that correspondence for GST shall be directed to me/us/my company, and all other correspondence to be directed to The Agency

authorise The Agency to prepare, submit and sign tax returns on behalf of my company

I/we confirm that *

I/we have provided The Agency with all relevant details as requested. I/we instruct The Agency to prepare financial statements and tax returns on a Special Purpose reporting basis to comply only with the requirements of the Income Tax Act. I/we understand that the financial statements should not be relied on for any other purpose.

The Agency’s account will be paid by the due dates on the invoices raised, as specified in the Terms and Conditions published on this website and referred to below.

I/we accept responsibility for all other records and information supplied to The Agency other than those listed above. I/we also accept responsibility for any failure by me/us/our company to supply all relevant records and information to The Agency. Cash flow projections and notes prepared by The Agency will carry the Accountant’s disclaimer of liability.

The Agency is also authorised to communicate with the Inland Revenue Department, other Government departments, bankers, solicitors, finance companies and any other third party to obtain such information as The Agency may require in order to carry out the above.

I/we authorise Tax Management New Zealand Limited (“TMNZ”) and Reckon New Zealand Limited (“APS”) via The Agency to access relevant tax information from Inland Revenue in respect of company tax obligations and taxpayer account details.

I/we may have to pay tax/ACC on the 7th of April and such other months as provisional tax may fall due, and that if I/we have not been advised of such payments by The Agency beforehand, it will be my/our responsibility to contact The Agency or the Inland Revenue Department to ascertain if tax is payable.

I give consent for my address and identity to be verified using a third party agency or with the document issuer◊

I understand that EpsomTax.com group uses the services of various cloud providers, including but not limited to: Xero & CCH iFirm (accounting/tax prep software), Microsoft365 (email, calendar, storage), Google Drive, Sync.com (storage), Formsite & Survey Monkey (client communication), Attainz, GoDaddy, FreeParking, Weebly & Wordpress (website, domain name services). I understand that continued use of the services of EpsomTax.com group will be deemed authorisation to continue using these services in respect of my information.
