Thank you for your interest in reserving at table at the 2022 Community of Practice Transition Conference Accommodations, Supports & Resources Expo on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. The Expo begins at 10:00 am and closes at 5:30 pm. This includes a Reception and Raffle scheduled from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The Expo will be held in-person.
This year's theme, Mission Possible: Transitioning into the Future, provides us the opportunity to come together as a community to discuss effective practices as we prepare our youth and those supporting them to be change agents for the future.
The primary purpose of this two-day conference is to expand the capacity of youth, family members, schools and community partners regarding specific issues related to: effective employment and post-secondary educational practices, develop healthy life-styles; and the utility of assistive technology, resources, supports and services available to youth and families.
Register to participate in the following:
- Vendor Table - For Profit Organizations - $500 per table (Wireless Internet Included) or $550 Per table for hard wiring
- Resource Table – Free of Charge for non-profit transition related agency/organizations who provide free information to students with disabilities.
- Unable to attend the conference? Donate items to be raffled at the conference!
- Any level of participation guarantees you an ad in our program!
- Both vendor and resource tables include a 6-foot tabletop with dedicated time for participants to view your products and services
