COMMUNITY LIVING STANDARDS

Revolution Hawaii is a ministry designed to mentor, disciple and train those wanting to serve Godthrough The Salvation Army. The philosophy of Revolution Hawaii is to teach incarnational and practical ministry to its participants.

As such, the program is built upon the premise that the participants will live in close community with each other. Listed below are the standards by which each person participating in Revolution Hawaii will be expected to live.

Please read through the list carefully. *

I agree to not be alone in a bedroom with a member of the opposite sex.

In order to provide opportunities to create close friendships with God, other students, and staff, I will not seek any romantic / exclusive relationships in or out of Revolution Hawaii. If I do become attracted to someone during the year, I will speak to one of Revolution Hawaii leaders for guidance.

I agree to ensure my punctuality and reliability throughout all aspects of Revolution Hawaii.

I agree to complete work details as assigned.

I agree to adhere to The Salvation Army's policy of not smoking, taking illegal drugs, or drinking alcoholic beverages.

I agree to be clean and well groomed at all times and to keep my living space in a condition that is acceptable to the staff of Revolution Hawaii.

I will respect the property and privacy of others.

I agree to attend, to actively serve under the direction of the local leaders, and to become a valuable part of the local ministry that is designated as my ministry placement.

TUITION AND FEES

The tuition for Revolution Hawaii is $3,000. How do you plan on covering this expense? *
